On a typical working day …
… I mostly work on large commercial buildings, using a wide variety of methods and tools – sometimes traditional, sometimes with pure water, sometimes secured at height with ropes, sometimes on the ground. In order to complete the jobs of a working day as smoothly as possible, it is particularly important to me to have the right equipment at hand for every situation.

… the fact that they have the right equipment, knowledge and technology to ensure a high standard of cleaning. It is absolutely essential that they pay attention to their safety! A cleaning professional should also always have an open ear for their customers, as contact with them is essential in their work.

I like working as a cleaning specialist because ...

… the before-and-after effect makes me happy! Seeing how the surfaces looked before cleaning and how dazzling they are afterwards gives me a great feeling of fulfilment. I also appreciate the gratitude of customers who are at least as satisfied with the results as I am.

My favourite UNGER product is …

… the nLITE PowerPad! I used to like the window squeegee particularly because of its ergonomic handle and durability, but I have now found a new favourite in the nLITE PowerPad. My first UNGER product was …

… a starter kit for traditional window cleaning. I remember that a robust, green washer was included.

One of my most unusual cleaning jobs was …

… Wellington Place in the centre of Leeds. Several large office buildings with countless glass surfaces form an open workspace – the entire complex is a striking eye-catcher and is quite a landmark of the city.

A particular challenge in my job was …

… cleaning a glass atrium that was not easily accessible and was a really big challenge with many difficult angles. The flexibly adjustable telescopic poles from UNGER made cleaning there much easier for us.
