Windows, glass façades, conservatories, slats, or PV/solar modules: the fact that using pure water often pays off for the window cleaner is nothing new. But did you also know what makes your HydroPower DI system even more powerful? The secret is in a little yellow plate!

Background: for optimal cleaning results, a water flow of 120 to 150 l/h is recommended when working with pure water. This is the amount of pure water you ideally need to clean a normally soiled window. Depending on local water pressure, however, it can happen that you produce more water with your pure water system than you consume.
This is where the HydroPower EcoFlo comes into play!

The secret behind the water optimizer

The HydroPower EcoFlo was developed exclusively for the HydroPower DI filter systems to automatically regulate the flow of water. It is included with every device and is easy to use as needed. To do this, unscrew the inflow valve at the water inlet (bottom), remove the sealing ring, insert the yellow plate, and place the sealing ring back on it. Done!
The result: depending on the water pressure and the hose used, a filled bag can last at least 20% longer.

By the way, if more water is required for tougher cleaning tasks, the HydroPower EcoFlo can be just as easily removed.

In general, the most important criterion for optimal use is the correct water pressure. Four to six bars are ideal. If the pressure is below that, you shouldn't use the HydroPower EcoFlo.
