> Review of the Interclean Amsterdam 2018 trade fair

> Record results with 34,000 trade visitors

> UNGER: New cleaning tools and product highlights

> More about the new products soon, exclusively in clean Magazine

Bigger and more international than ever before: With 892 exhibitors from 47 countries and 34,000 trade visitors, Interclean Amsterdam 2018 achieved record results. Enthusiastic professionals, a full stand, convincing new products and live demos - the cleaning trade fair was also a great success for UNGER.

From classic window squeegees to innovative pure water systems and water fed poles to ergonomic products for floor cleaning - UNGER presented its cleaning tools to a wide audience at Interclean. What was special: Visitors had the opportunity to test selected highlight products right there on windows and floor surfaces. This opportunity was not only taken up with enthusiasm. The feedback from the professionals was also positive all round. Above all, the new products were very well received.

  • Stingray Easy-Click-Poles

Thanks to the innovative Easy-Click-Poles with their reinforced construction, the UNGER Stingray can now reach working heights of even up to five metres.

  • erGO! clean floor cleaning system

The new erGO! clean floor cleaning system with integrated tank is unbeatable on small to medium surfaces and for in-between cleaning. The erGO! clean floor cleaning system without a tank is perfect for scheduled cleaning tasks and large surfaces. Both convince with their excellent ergonomic properties thanks to the S-telescopic handle.

  • The new ErgoTec® handle

The new, ergonomic UNGER ErgoTec® handle with optimised S-spring is now even easier to open. In combination with the S-Channel Plus, whose ends are precisely curved, perfect cleaning results go hand in hand with an easy channel change.

Of course, you will learn more here about these innovations in the coming weeks, exclusively in clean Magazine. Stay tuned!

"Ergonomics" as the main topic of the trade fair

The focus of the trade fair was also on the topic of "ergonomics" - i.e. a gentle way of working with less effort.

Incidentally, visitors at the trade fair were able to see it for themselves live on a big screen. For demonstration purposes, volunteer testers wore electrodes and sensors on their bodies. These served to monitor the movements during cleaning with the erGO! clean floor cleaning system accurately and to visualise them on a screen. This measurement of the ergonomic benefits is part of a recent study carried out by UNGER in cooperation with Velamed and the University of Siegen. The goal: to make the work of professional glass and commercial cleaners easier, safer and more pleasant.
